These sessions, events, and experiences are intended for personal and spiritual development and should not be considered medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Your participation is voluntary, and you are solely responsible for your experience, integration, and well-being during and after sessions.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policies

3.1. Booking

All sessions and events must be scheduled via TidyCal or through direct communication. Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

3.2. Payment Methods

Energy exchanges are accepted through:

If you require alternative payment options or sliding-scale pricing, please reach out before booking.

3.3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance (subject to availability).

  • If you are a no-show without prior communication, the session will be forfeited and considered a donation.

  • If I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to attend the rescheduled session.

4. Important Disclaimers & Agreements

4.1. Spiritual & Energetic Nature of Services

By participating in any session, you acknowledge that the work involves energetic, vibrational, and spiritual practices. Potential experiences may include:

5. Remote & In-Person Sessions

While my primary focus is in-person group offerings, I may offer occasional individual remote sessions for those truly committed to their personal evolution. Remote sessions require:

  • A stable internet connection and a quiet, uninterrupted space.

  • A commitment to fully engage in the session as you would in person.

Consent & Liability Waiver

By proceeding with any service, you confirm that:

  • I do not provide, distribute, or facilitate the use of illegal substances.

  • All guidance is intended for education, preparation, and integration only.

Shamanic & Energetic Work

  • Some practices may involve light touch for energetic alignment. If this is not comfortable for you, please notify me before the session.

Music, DJing & Festival Services

  • Any custom mixes, meditations, or music remain the intellectual property of The Shamoan One unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

  • For live events, setlists and styles will be curated based on the energy of the event, ensuring alignment with the atmosphere and intention of the space.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Your personal information and experiences shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential unless:

  • Disclosure is legally required.

  • You provide written consent to share testimonials or insights.

Final Agreement

By booking a session or engaging in my offerings, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Consent & Liability Waiver. This is a sacred container of transformation, and your journey is your own.
